Teresa is a gem! Because I had not only my house to sell, but my parents' as well I found her to be up to the challenge. Teresa is an amazing realtor. Moving from out of state can be a trying process, but Teresa made it easy. Her knowledge about the areas helped us to narrow our search in NW Indiana. She did walkthroughs in homes via facetime that we were afraid would come off the market quickly so we didn't have to make the 5 hour trek into town from one house. When we finally came in for the weekend to look at our top picks, Teresa lined up all 14 house showings for the day and brought snacks and water to keep our energy up between meals!
